We deal with the organization of auctions in the field of fine art, antiques, glass and design, sale of these items, counselling and professional consultations.

For what purpose do we process the data?
We process personal data to provide our services (negotiations based on concluded contracts), communication with you (communications related to providing our services, information about our auctions and news, sending an auction catalogue), improving and personalizing our services and marketing (if you are have shown interest in a particular author in the past, we use the data to alert you if they are offered in our current auction).

Based on what legal titles do we process the data?
The data are processed on the basis of the obligation to perform the contract, the fulfilment of the legal obligations, based on your consent (you can set the consent with sending our commercial communication here, and in the same place you can revoke it).
We use the title of legitimate interest to improve and personalize our services and some marketing activities. In these cases, we always carefully consider whether the processing will not constitute an inappropriate interference with your rights. Data storage provides for the Auction House Sýpka Ltd. iPodnik cloud Ltd.

How do we protect your data?
In accordance with the requirements of applicable law, we perform all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

Auction house Sýpka Ltd. stores personal data for as long as the law and the legitimate interests of the company are concerned. The data are cleared after the specified deadlines.
