Vincenc Vingler (1911-1981) studied Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (1927-33). He represented our country on several international exhibitiones (1954 trienale in Milano, 1956 bienale in Venice and Sao Paulu, EXPO 58). His work is in colections of GHMP.
