Bohemia, Svijany - Podolí near Turnov, designed by Rudolf Stockar for Artěl, manufactured by Graniton Werke Svijan Podol Rydl & Thon, glazed pottery, thin-walled cup with angular handle, polygonal extencional saucer, colourful folks motives and lettering, saucer´s diam. 18 cm; Rudolf Stockar - studied on Czech technical univerzity in Prague at Jn Koula´s atelier, after 1919 independent art work. He was pppreciated for hid designes of pottery, glass, jewellery and furniture. He was director of Artěl from the 1915, after 1920 main designer of Artěl´s jewellery.
