Building with double mansard roof in baroque style is dated 1669 in archive materials. The oldest datation on the joists is from 1721, when the rooftop was under reconstruction. It is three storey building, 38 meters length and 12 meters width.

 

That building was agriculture base Osová castle situated nearby. Granary was always significant landscape dominant of surrounding area.

From 1985 the building was under progressive reconstruction and  adaptation for exhibition purposes. From 1990 is used as exhibition gallery mainly focused on contemporary fine art – during summer exhibition season from May till September.
